Our Story

Pastil sa Tabi began with a simple dream — to stay close to family and give back to the community that shaped us.

 

From being husband-and-wife seafarers traveling far from home, we chose to drop anchor and build something from the heart. In the lively streets of Sampaloc, Manila, our small stall was born — serving warm, affordable, and comforting pastil to students, workers, families, and barkadas.

What started with banana leaves, rice, and shredded chicken grew into a proudly Filipino brand built on heart, humor, and humility. Today, we continue sharing the joy of good, accessible food for all — even on petsa de peligro.
